These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our website and the cleaning services we provide. By requesting or booking a service with Teelinks, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our Services

Teelinks provides residential and commercial cleaning services in eight cities throughout Southern Ontario, Canada.

Services are subject to availability, scheduling, location, and the specific cleaning requirements of each customer.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer, including property size, condition, cleaning requirements, and frequency of service.

If the scope of work changes or additional cleaning is requested, pricing may be adjusted with the customer’s approval before the additional work is completed.

3. Scheduling & Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and ensuring our cleaning team can access the property at the scheduled time.

If our team cannot access the property, the service may need to be rescheduled and additional charges may apply where appropriate.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Informing us of any special cleaning requirements.
  • Informing us of hazards or unsafe conditions.
  • Securing valuable, fragile, or personal belongings.
  • Keeping pets safely secured where necessary.
  • Providing a safe working environment for our cleaning team.

5. Payments

Pricing and payment arrangements will be confirmed before or at the time of service.

Customers are responsible for paying the agreed amount for completed services, including applicable taxes.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or inability to access the property may result in additional charges where communicated in advance.

7. Cleaning Concerns or Damage

We take reasonable care while providing our cleaning services.

If you are unhappy with a service or believe an item has been accidentally damaged during cleaning, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

8. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current. However, services, pricing, availability, and other information may change from time to time.

You may not misuse our website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or copy our website content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Teelinks will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
